Job Description:

As an Event Coordinator at DOREMi, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by managing all aspects including logistics, vendor relations, and on-site operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate events, including corporate events, conferences, product launches, and other company functions.
  • Develop event concepts and themes that align with our brand and goals.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure all event requirements are met within budget and timelines.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional items.
  • Handle event registrations, attendee communication, and guest list management.
  • Ensure on-site event execution, including setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown, runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and maximize attendance.
  • Collect and analyze post-event feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of event planning and execution for future reference and reporting.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage various aspects of event planning simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure and solve problems efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging event concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
