We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Lighting Technician to join our Lighting Department. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Segambut. As a Lighting Technician, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for the setup, maintenance, and operation of lighting systems for various projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lighting Setup: Install and set up lighting equipment for events, productions, and projects, ensuring all fixtures, cables, and controls are in proper working order.
- Operation: Operate lighting systems during events or performances, following cues and instructions to create the desired lighting effects.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of lighting equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Programming: Program and control lighting consoles and software to create customized lighting designs and effects.
- Quality Control: Ensure that lighting equipment and setups meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including designers, directors, and producers, to achieve the desired lighting results.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of lighting equipment, track usage, and assist in equipment procurement as needed.
- Safety: Promote and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, creating a safe working environment for all team members and clients.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and event organizers, addressing lighting-related inquiries and concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lighting equipment inventory, maintenance activities, and lighting plots.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 of experience in lighting setup, operation, and maintenance for events, productions, or similar projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various lighting fixtures, consoles, and control systems.
