We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues promptly to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks according to established procedures and checklists.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines, and participate in safety training and initiatives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and completed repairs.
- Parts and Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials, and request replacements as needed to support maintenance tasks.
- Emergency Response: Be available for on-call duty and respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support production goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Equipment Testing: Conduct tests and inspections to verify the proper functioning of equipment after maintenance or repairs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 of experience in maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment and systems.
- Safety Focus: A commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate maintenance and record-keeping.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance findings.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance challenges.
